Emergency Resources

 At Jefferson student safety is a top priority. We have an comprehensive plan in place to address potential disasters and emergencies that may occur at school.  It is important for you to understand the expectations we have as a school community during disasters and/or emergencies.

In the event of an emergency, parents will be notified through the School Messenger system.  The School Messenger system will notify you by phone and email.  It is important that we have current and working phone numbers and emails for parents.  Messages during an emergency will notify you of the nature of the emergency as well as provide instruction for how to reunify with your child.  Teachers will remain at school with the students to ensure safety until students are released.  Students will remain on campus until they are released to an authorized parent or guardian.
